ABOUT Natalie Raney

Natalie Raney

Natalie Raney shines brightest among luxury real estate’s new generation of star agents. Recruited by Villa Real Estate’s veteran founders for her impressive achievements in sales, Raney brings her expertise, market knowledge and unrivalled connections to Southern California’s most innovative luxury residential real estate brokerage.

Accomplishing over $85 million in sales in 2015 alone, Raney has represented discerning buyers and sellers of luxury residential real estate throughout Coastal Orange County since 2006. She has established a special focus on Big Canyon, where she was raised and now lives with her physician husband. She and her business partner, Lindsay Bibb, have an extensive track record of successful transactions within Big Canyon and first-hand knowledge of the exclusive enclave in which they are consistently the top producing agents. Raney’s longstanding membership at Big Canyon Country Club provides a significant advantage to clients and a tremendous asset to her practice.

In addition to being sought-after as a recognized expert in the Big Canyon market, Raney also represents clients seeking and selling properties in communities within Newport Beach, Newport Coast, Corona del Mar, and Laguna Beach. Well-versed in the high end coastal market, she recently achieved a record breaking sale of a $29.5 million oceanfront property in exclusive Irvine Cove. Raney’s extensive roster of repeat and referral clients is a testament to her tireless work ethic and sterling client service, and to the well-honed marketing, negotiating, and closing skills that belie her years – and make her a stand-out, even among veteran agents.

Raney was reared in real estate, learning much from her father – the founder of Standard Pacific Homes (now Cal Atlantic Homes), one of the nation’s leading homebuilders. After attending Newport Harbor High School, where she was the #1 girls’ tennis player and CIF champion, she attended Pepperdine University on a full-ride tennis scholarship – and continued to dominate the sport as the #1 collegiate women’s tennis player in California, and among the top 10 in the nation.

After earning both Athletic and Academic All-American honors at Pepperdine, as well as her B.S. in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing, Raney returned to Newport Beach and quickly forged a reputation as a leading real estate professional – one whose star continues to be on the rise.
